Our manufacturing capabilities are supported by specialised equipment across film, printing, lamination and conversion.

What we run

Five machines, in the order the film moves through them.

Three-layer blown film line

Co-extrudes three layers in one pass, so barrier, strength and sealing properties can be set independently.

Rotogravure printing press

Eight-colour rotogravure press. Prints the outer web of a laminate, or surface prints plain film, from cylinders made to your artwork.

Solvent-less lamination machine

Bonds two webs without solvent. No solvent residue and no drying tunnel, which suits food packaging.

Pouching machine

Converts laminated and plain reel stock into finished pouches: centre-seal, side-seal and three-side-seal formats.

Slitting machine

Slits wide reels down to the width you run and rewinds them to the core and outside diameter your machine takes.

The plant

From film to finished pack

Extrusion, printing, lamination, slitting and conversion are all available, so a job can be taken from film through to a finished pack. The gauges and testers that check it are on the quality page.
